requiring multiple intraocular avastin injections, recent MI, peripheral vascular disease treated with iv antibiotics for gangrenous toe. On metformin, glipizide, jardiance. He had been partially plant based for 6 months last year and then stopped. (PG)
Now plant based 5 days a week for 3 months.
HbA1c decreased from 12.9 to 6.9. Test was repeated to validate result.
